1.1. Purpose
The Site presents the services of build, configuration, auditing, consulting and viability planning for local Artificial Intelligence servers. Accessing and using the Site implies full acceptance of these terms.
1.2. Services
- Local AI server build & configuration: needs analysis, hardware selection and assembly, system installation and custom configuration of models and interfaces.
- Audits: assessment of infrastructure, technical viability and ROI of AI projects.
- Consulting: guidance on model selection, architecture and sizing.
- Viability plans: comparative technical and economic documentation.
1.3. Quotes and contracting
Quotes and viability plans are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer until a written contract is signed. The terms and conditions of each project will be detailed in the corresponding commercial agreement.
1.4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (texts, design, logos, code) is the property of The Pick Network or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without express authorisation is prohibited.
1.5. Limitation of liability
The Pick Network shall not be liable for damages arising from the incorrect use of the delivered hardware, the installation of software not recommended by the Company, or the temporary unavailability of the Site for causes beyond its control.
1.6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the city agreed in the corresponding contract.
2. Privacy Policy and data processing

- Commercial communications (optional): if the user ticks the corresponding box, we will send commercial information about the Site's products and services and news related to Artificial Intelligence. Legal basis: data subject's consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which may be withdrawn at any time by replying to any of our emails or writing to ask@thepicknetwork.com.
2.4. Consent
Submitting the form requires express acceptance of the Terms & Conditions and this Privacy Policy. The commercial-communications box is voluntary and its acceptance does not condition the handling of the request.
2.5. Retention period
Data will be kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and comply with applicable legal obligations. Data for commercial communications will be kept until the user requests deletion.
