1. Terms & Conditions of use

1.1. Purpose

The Site presents the services of build, configuration, auditing, consulting and viability planning for local Artificial Intelligence servers. Accessing and using the Site implies full acceptance of these terms.

Quotes and viability plans are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer until a written contract is signed. The terms and conditions of each project will be detailed in the corresponding commercial agreement.

1.4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (texts, design, logos, code) is the property of The Pick Network or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without express authorisation is prohibited.

1.5. Limitation of liability

The Pick Network shall not be liable for damages arising from the incorrect use of the delivered hardware, the installation of software not recommended by the Company, or the temporary unavailability of the Site for causes beyond its control.

1.6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the city agreed in the corresponding contract.
